Payments and Refunds Policy
This policy outlines the terms related to fees, payments, and refunds for the services ("Services") provided by ARYAXAI RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT LABS INC ("AryaXAI," "We," "Us").
1. Fees and Pricing Models
You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Services. Our pricing is determined by one of the following models:
- Subscription Plans: Our standard plans are offered at the prices listed on our official pricing page. These plans provide a set of features and usage limits for a recurring fee.
- Enterprise & Custom Plans: For enterprise clients, pricing, services, and usage limits are customized and will be detailed in a formal Statement of Work (SOW) or other written proposal agreed upon by both parties.
You are responsible for verifying all invoices. Please notify us at support@aryaxai.com within seven (7) days of receiving an invoice if you identify any discrepancy.
2. Payment Terms
Payment obligations vary based on your chosen plan:
- Subscription Plans: Fees for subscription plans are billed in advance at the beginning of each payment cycle (e.g., monthly, annually). Your payment is due immediately upon the start of the subscription term.
- Enterprise & Custom Plans: Payment schedules for enterprise customers are governed by the terms specified in the signed SOW or custom agreement.
- Pay-As-You-Go Credits (Wallet): For consumption-based services, you must maintain a positive balance of credits in your account ("Account Balance" or "Wallet").
- Manual Top-Up: You can add credits to your Account Balance at any time.
- Auto Top-Up: You may configure an "auto top-up" feature in your account settings. This feature will automatically charge your payment method to replenish your credits when your balance falls below a threshold you define.
- Low Balance Alerts: To help prevent service interruptions, we will notify you via email when your balance is low.
3. Invoicing
Aryaxai will provide an invoice for all payments and a monthly statement detailing your consumption of the Services for your records.
4. Refund Policy
Our refund policy is different for subscriptions and pay-as-you-go credits.
- Subscription Plans: Fees paid for subscription plans are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your subscription, it will remain active until the end of the prepaid period. No refunds or credits will be issued for partial subscription periods. At the end of the term, your account will be downgraded to the free plan, if available.
- Pay-As-You-Go Credits: Upon written request, we will process a refund for the remaining unused credits in your Account Balance. This refund will be calculated as your remaining credit value minus any applicable payment processing fees and any deductions for services consumed but not yet billed.
- Inactive Credit Accounts: If an account with a credit balance shows no activity (i.e., no consumption of Services) for a continuous period of six (6) months, access to the Services may be suspended. You may contact us to either restore access or request a refund of the remaining balance per the terms above.
5. Taxes
Our fees do not include any taxes, levies, duties, or similar governmental assessments, including, for example, sales, use, value-added (VAT), or withholding taxes, assessable by any jurisdiction (collectively, "Taxes").
You are responsible for paying all Taxes associated with your purchases. If Aryaxai has the legal obligation to pay or collect Taxes for which you are responsible, we will invoice you for that amount unless you provide us with a valid tax exemption certificate authorized by the appropriate taxing authority.
